Becoming Resilient

Being resilient means having the ability to bounce back or recover quickly from difficult situations, adversity, or setbacks. It involves adapting to challenges, learning from experiences, and maintaining a sense of strength and flexibility in the face of hardships that may come your way.

Resilience begins with your thoughts by transforming negative self-talk into positive affirmations. Instead of dwelling on perceived shortcomings, try and focus on your strengths.

Know that every challenge that appears, is an opportunity for growth and that you have the ability to handle any obstacle that blocks your path to success.

"Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led

by the dreams in your heart."
