It is not therapy.

confidence, and and creating a thoughtful path forward.

While I hold a background in counseling, our work together is not clinical. It is structured, intentional, and centered on helping you helping you make a wise decision about what’s next.

Coaching is for women who are ready to reflect honestly, evaluate their options, and take purposeful action.
